Great to meet you!

I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for people in Albuquerque who need a prescriber — including patients already in therapy. Anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood changes, and trauma-related symptoms are the concerns I see most. I also consider sleep, stress, and physical health when they are part of the picture. I do not prescribe benzodiazepines; we will look at other options. Ages 6 and up.

My approach to therapy

I approach care in a very collaborative way to allow you to be as healthy as you want to and are able to be. I take the role as a mentor and teacher, not as an authority figure.

What you can expect from me

I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. Visits are structured, collaborative, and plainspoken. We review symptoms, history, and goals, then decide together whether medication is useful and how to monitor it. I do not replace your therapist. With your consent, I coordinate so therapy and medications stay aligned.
