Great to meet you!

I work with high-functioning adults who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or mentally exhausted—even if everything looks fine on the outside. Many struggle with anxiety, ADHD, poor sleep, or constant stress that starts affecting their focus, energy, and performance.

Many of my patients are professionals who are used to pushing through stress until it stops working—and are looking for a more effective, sustainable way forward.

My goal is simple: help you feel better quickly, think clearly, and function at your best again with a structured, efficient approach.

I provide telehealth across Illinois, including areas where access to psychiatric care is limited.

I also have a background in primary care, allowing me to take a practical, whole-person approach to both mental and physical health.

My approach to therapy

My approach is structured, direct, and results-focused. I focus on identifying what’s actually driving your symptoms and creating a clear, practical plan to address it. This may include medication management when appropriate, along with straightforward strategies you can apply immediately in your daily life.

I keep sessions efficient and goal-oriented so you’re not left guessing what to do next.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll take a comprehensive look at your symptoms, history, and current challenges to develop a clear and focused treatment plan.

You’ll leave with a better understanding of what’s going on and a structured plan to move forward. Most of my patients appreciate a direct, no-nonsense approach that helps them start feeling better quickly.
