Great to meet you!

My name is Nate and I am a licensed mental health counselor in Indiana. I graduated from Capella University in 2021. Since graduating, I have practiced therapy in behavioral hospitals, community clinics, and private practice. I use a variety of treatment methods, adapting to each client.

My approach to therapy

I believe that if myself and the client have a positive relationship, then more can be accomplished. So, I approach therapy in an open-minded, creative way. My goal is to help people empower themselves to overcome whatever they may be dealing with in their lives. I try to instill humor and good-naturedness while also being serious when needed.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a time to get to know each other a little bit. I will ask background questions and try to get a general feel for what is going on with the person. And the person can ask me questions and make sure that they think we will be a good fit.
