Great to meet you!

כֹּ֣ל הַ֭נְּשָׁמָה תְּהַלֵּ֥ל יָ֗הּ הַֽלְלוּ־יָֽהּ Welcome, and thank you for your consideration! In 2004 I received my Master’s of Science in Social Work from the University of TN Knoxville College of Social Work, and have been actively practicing psychotherapy since, in various settings with diverse populations (Currently Practicing and Licensed in Florida and Tennessee). My style combines empathy, compassion, coaching, accountability, and passion, with flexibility in meeting the Clients where they are at from a Holistic perspective.

My approach to therapy

My approach utilizes tremendous Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies, empowering Clients to discover, and operate in their true identity. This therapeutic approach while mainly CBT, is eclectic, combining evidence-based methods to improve thought, mood, and behavior management. My wellness approach is holistic, looking for ways to better improve, enhance and invest in your mental, physical, and spiritual health (Whole Self Wellness). I specialize in a Faith - Based (Christian) approach. Neurodivergent-affirming.
