Great to meet you!

As a clinical social worker, I believe in the connections between our environment and our relationships with ourselves and others. I have over a decade of experience working in the arts and non-profits, and believe in the inherent creative potential of all people.

My approach to therapy

We all need others in order to see and better understand ourselves. In our sessions we will work together to create a space built upon trust that fosters growth and insight. Therapy should be dynamic, and sometimes I'll be there to witness and support, other times I'll be more active and inquisitive.

What you can expect from me

Our relationship is the most important part of therapy and we will use the first meeting to ensure we work well together. I believe in the healing potential of therapy and in order for this work for you, we will need to be curious, vulnerable, and open to the process.
