Great to meet you!

Therapy is a step towards empowerment and clarity. With over 15 years of experience, I will mirror your strength and resilience to overcome obstacles and find clarity. I have multiple degrees in Psychology and have offered my services in a variety of institutions like at the District Attorney's offices, high schools and non-profits.

My approach to therapy

I am formally trained in Gestalt therapy with a strong contemplative foundation. That is to say, our time together is focused on reflecting your wisdom found within the struggle. We will return to the present moment, to our bodies and honor what arises. I believe in your human goodness and we will uncover your virtues to allow them to shine through.

What you can expect from me

You can expect our first session to be focused on seeing if we are a good fit and getting to know one another. I will follow your lead and am dedicated to your well-being.
