Great to meet you!

I understand how hard it can be to see a way forward when you feel truly stuck. That’s why I use my experience helping numerous men develop the skills to navigate the emotional demands of the modern world, go deeper in their relationships, and maybe find a real friend or two! I have specialized training to ensure the best telehealth experience possible

A bit about my approach to therapy

I help empower those I work with through thoughtful introspection, reflection, and reframing to create meaningful change. I believe each person I work with is an individual and as such, requires an individualized approach to help them with their view of the world around them. By using a mix of evidence based approaches with personalized treatment, we can find a path to better, together.

What you can expect from our first session

I develop treatment that works for you! Things like age, gender and even personality can have a huge impact on how a therapist can help someone. I've had great success using Narrative, ACT, and CBT when working with men. However, no one technique is guaranteed to work. From getting help breaking depressive thoughts to enhancing your communication, I tailor your experience to the uniqueness of you.
