Great to meet you!

I have extensive experience as a couples and family therapist. Beyond that, my practice facilitates individual exploration of disrupting life events or patterns. Clients bring deep and often spiritual or existential concerns. We find relief from depression and anxiety. We come alongside grief to grow through transition and loss.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy utilizes a strong, genuine, and loving relationship with the client. We create an empathetic and non-judgemental container for the work we do together. I practice from an emotionally and somatically focused lens, and work with how thoughts may be inhibiting the strength and well-being within everyone. I am professionally trained in psychedelic integration.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, you will come to know who I am and what you may expect from me--you will sense the warm and genuine curiosity and care I provide. I will open myself to all you need to share, or methodically draw forth from you important information that will be the beginning of our journey together.
