Great to meet you!

I understand that the decision to seek help for mental health needs can be a nerve-racking and scary process. When it comes to patient care, I am most passionate about the preservation of dignity and making my patients feel seen. I meet fear or nervousness with acceptance, encouragement, and knowledge.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is patient-centered and psychology-minded. We'll explore the domains that make us up as people and discuss, together, how to best treat each of the areas that might require it.

What you can expect from me

Initial sessions will be focused on collecting history in an effort to better understand some of the "why" that brings you to me. Once that's established we'll speak about more present-day items. Before we conclude we will have directly addressed at least one concern or problem you are experiencing with a plan in place to address anything requiring further examination.
