Great to meet you!
When dealing with changes in life or difficulties that attempt to define us, we often try to solve these problems in isolation. Having someone to talk to—in a non-judgmental and empathetic setting—allows us to sort through our thoughts and emotions in an environment primed for growth. Nathan (he/him/his) is a psychotherapist who utilizes proven cognitive, behavioral, and existential methods to conduct effective therapy.
