Great to meet you!

Hello! I have been working in mental health settings for over ten years. I would love to meet with you to see how I can help! I'm licensed to prescribe most psychiatric medications except for controlled substances like stimulants for ADHD and benzodiazepines such as Xanax and Klonopin. I also provide brief psychotherapy within my visits to help find solutions for problems and provide support. I work primarily virtually at this time, offering video appointments to anyone in the state of Texas.

My approach to therapy

Initial appointments typically last an hour, and I take the time to get to know you as a person. We will go over an in-depth assessment to identify any possible symptoms of all mental health conditions. An initial, working diagnosis will be established and we will agree on a holistic treatment plan, possibly including traditional psychiatric medications, alternative medicines, and/or therapy. Follow-ups are typically 30 minutes every 1-3 months thereafter, where we will track progress over time.

What you can expect from me

I'm here to establish a working relationship with you - a partnership. We will discuss your goals and what options we have to help tackle any problems. The goal is for my patients to leave each appointment feeling supported and feeling like they have hope in their treatment, and ultimately the future.
