Great to meet you!

I am passionate to serve others and grateful for the opportunity to provide encouragement, support, and peace to those seeking help. I work with children, teens, and adults to address challenges with ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationship problems/conflict, and trauma. I look forward to helping you feel seen and heard, supporting you in making gradual, consistent progress toward your goals, and walking with you through your unique experience of life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, I provide a person-centered approach to help clients learn to see the best in themselves and move in a direction of growth. Through exploration of each individual's unique circumstances, I use Cognitive Behavior Therapy theory to educate clients on their identified needs.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will focus on getting to know you and the circumstances that brought you to therapy. This is also my first opportunity to learn how you would like to grow and heal. Our continued work will aim to adapt our time together to suit your needs and make progress toward your goals.
