Great to meet you!

With over 20 years of experience supporting students and families as a school counselor, I bring deep insight into the academic, social, and emotional pressures many teens and young adults face. I create a warm, welcoming space where clients feel safe sharing their thoughts and experiences. My approach is solution-focused, helping clients develop practical tools, build confidence, and move toward meaningful change. I strive to approach every session with genuine care and empathy while supporting each client’s personal growth and well-being.

My approach to therapy

As a counselor with a master's degree in counseling and LPC certification, I specialize in empowering adolescents, teens, and young adults to overcome challenges. I provide support for issues including anxiety, depression, life decisions, and any other problems that life brings their way. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, and to guide them in making positive changes in their lives.
