My name is Natisha, a graduate from Mercy University and have been in behavioral/mental health for over 20+ years. My commitment to providing services begins with building rapport with each client. My mantra is "my response is my responsibility" is a part of my therapeutic approach to teaching clients they are in control of their outcome with tailored goals to meet their need.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy: meet each client where they are and supporting them to where they want/need to be in life through reflective listening, empathy and validation. I am certified in several specialties including Trauma, ADHD, Anger management (others pending completion) and develop treatment plans to the need of the client through an inclusive approach i.e. utilizing psychoeducation, Cognitive behavioral, ACT to name a few.

Clients can expect to be able to identify their triggers, participate in the development of their plan (utilizing my plan of action) and move through the therapeutic process with support, safety and awareness.
