Great to meet you!

I bring a warm, grounded, and affirming presence into every session, creating a space where you can show up fully. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 17 years of experience supporting individuals through life transitions, emotional overwhelm, trauma, and personal growth. I hold a Master's degree in Professional Counseling and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology. I am trained in trauma-informed care, somatic practices, and integrative mental health approaches.

My work blends evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy with deeper healing modalities, including somatic work, inner child exploration, and mindfulness. I am also a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator.

I primarily work with women who are navigating transitions, carrying alto of responsibility, or feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of their next step. Many of my clients are high-achieving, high-capability individuals who are used to being "the strong one" for others, but are ready to create more space for themselves.

In our work together, you can expect a balance of reflections, gentle challenge, and practical tools. Y

My approach to therapy

My approach is both holistic and practical, honoring the connection between your mind, body, and lived experiences while also helping you move toward real, sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. Many clients come in unsure of where to start and that's completely okay. I will gently guide the conversation so you can begin to understand what's bringing you in and what you're needing support with right now.

Just as important, the first session is an opportunity for you to get a feel for me and how I work. Therapy is a relationship, and it's important that you feel comfortable, supported and safe.

By the end of the session, we'll begin to identify areas of focus and talk about what ongoing support could look like for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a sense of clarity about your next steps.
