My approach to therapy
I truly enjoy meeting clients where they are in their life journey. I primarily use client centered approach and from there as we build rapport and understanding of one another move towards interventions and approaches that fit the person. Some go to approaches I use is motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
