Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from your sense of purpose? You’re not alone, and you don’t have to navigate this alone. As a licensed clinician with over a decade of experience, I’m here to support you through life’s challenges and help you regain clarity, confidence, and control.

My clinical background includes work in crisis intervention, outpatient psychotherapy, and group facilitation for parenting, anger management, and domestic violence. Over the past six years, I’ve served as a mental health clinician in an emergency room setting, supporting children, adolescents, and adults in acute crisis.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, compulsive behaviors, career-related stress, relationship issues, fear of rejection, and feelings of abandonment.

My approach to therapy

My eclectic therapeutic approach draws from Motivational Interviewing , Strengths-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and evidence-based practices for managing chronic mental illness.

When you work with me, you can expect a supportive, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment. Together, we will build a strong therapeutic relationship, develop practical coping strategies, and work toward emotional resilience and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my priority is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your story. This session is the beginning of building a trusting therapeutic relationship, which is the foundation for effective work together.

We’ll start by exploring your current concerns, personal history, relationships, work or school life, mental health background, and any previous experiences with therapy. This helps me gain a comprehensive understanding of your unique situation.

At the same time, you’ll have the opportunity to get to know me, I’ll explain how therapy works, outline my therapeutic approach, discuss confidentiality, and answer any questions you may have.

Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals for therapy and discuss what you hope to gain from our work. The pace is always guided by your comfort level, and we will move forward collaboratively and respectfully.
