Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience specializing in residential treatment, individual, couples, and family psychotherapy. A proud graduate of Clark Atlanta University, she holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work and I have received extensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

My approach to therapy

I use ACT, CBT, DBT, and Strength-Based approaches. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, offering a supportive and nonjudgmental space. We'll focus on practical tools, emotional insight, and personal strengths to help you navigate life's challenges. The goal is meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Managing intense emotions and identity struggles, strengthening relationships, and healing after loss or grief. We'll work together to set meaningful goals, use practical tools, and build skills to help you feel more in control, connected, and confident. You can expect emotional balance, healthier relationships, peace with your past, a stronger sense of who you are and where you're going.
