Great to meet you!

Hello :) I am a bi-lingual Japanese-English therapist based in Los Angeles, California. One unique thing about me is before I was a therapist I had a business career. I also have experience of fertility treatment. I believe my life experiences help me to connect with my clients on real life struggles. I am gratefully working with adult clients of all ages suffering from depression, anxiety, loss and grieving, infertility, relationship/family issues, men/women/LGBYQ+ issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use several major modules such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and I am open to decide what to use with my clients. My favorite approach/module is the Humanistic approach (unconditional positive regard) and insight-oriented therapy such as Psychodynamic and CBT.

What you can expect from our first session

In general, I am not here to give you advice. Often our inner wisdom already knows the answers but sometimes we are not aware of it consciously. We will explore your struggles, histories, strength, expectations and goals together to connect with your inner wisdom. I will walk with you through your journey.
