Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Naudia, a licensed clinical psychologist. I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and identity development. I specialize in evidence-based approaches and my style is warm, collaborative, and focused on helping you feel supported while building tools for meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I take a flexible, person centered approach that’s tailored to your goals and what you need most in the moment. Whether that’s processing, skill building, or simply having space to be heard. I focus on helping you recognize patterns, shift unhelpful thoughts, and respond to emotions in ways that feel more aligned and effective. I also value honesty and gentle challenge when it’s helpful, so our work can feel both supportive and growth oriented. Above all, I want therapy to feel like a space where you can show up fully, feel understood, and leave with something meaningful each time.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a space that feels supportive, relaxed, and judgment free. We’ll talk through what brings you to therapy, while creating a collaborative treatment plan. I’ll share helpful insights or tools you can begin using right away, and we’ll start shaping clear, meaningful goals together so you leave with a sense of direction and what to expect moving forward.
