Great to meet you!

Mental health has been a deeply personal passion of mine for most of my life — growing up with a family history of mental health challenges gave me an early understanding of how much the right support can change someone's life. I specialize in treating ADHD, anxiety, and depression, and I work with many clients who come to me feeling anxious, overwhelmed, burned out, and unsure of where to turn. What sets me apart is that I genuinely listen — not just to what you're saying, but to what's beneath it. Outside of my work, you can find me hiking, spending time at the beach, or getting lost in music, all of which remind me of the importance of balance and restoration, values I bring into my practice every day.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is patient-centered, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to work alongside you — not prescribe a one-size-fits-all path forward. Every treatment plan is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and experiences. By drawing on proven therapeutic methods while keeping your individual story at the center of our work together, I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you — your story, your struggles, and what you're hoping to gain from our work together. There's no pressure to have everything figured out before walking in. Many of the clients I work with arrive feeling anxious or uncertain, and that's completely okay. We'll talk through what's been weighing on you, begin to identify your goals, and start building a foundation of trust at a pace that feels comfortable for you. By the end of our first session, my hope is that you leave feeling heard, a little lighter, and confident that you've taken an important step toward feeling better.
