Great to meet you!
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, especially when you have been carrying stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, painful experiences, or major life changes on your own. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Therapy can provide a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive clinical experience supporting adults and couples through a variety of life challenges. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University and have worked in diverse clinical settings supporting individuals from different backgrounds and experiences.
I believe therapy begins with connection. My goal is to create a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to explore their experiences, feel heard and understood, and work toward their goals. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor my approach to each client's unique needs.
I specialize in supporting adults (18+) and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, grief, and life transitions. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills, recognizing your strengths, and empowering you to create meaningful and lasting change.
