Hello! My name is Navil. Welcome. Just wanted to share a little about my experience in therapy. I have more than 7 years of experience in therapy. I have experience in multiple fields and backgrounds. I take pride in the work I do with all my clients and treat everyone with care and respect they deserve.

I take on a client centered approach in therapy. I believe in building a therapeutic alliance with all my clients. I believe in treating everyone uniquely and fostering an environment that is warm and caring. I use different approaches in my style in therapy. I believe finding the right therapy style to fit each client and their need.

I believe that identifying the clients goals in therapy is a great way to navigate our therapy session. I believe in developing a treatment plan in order to effectively work on each of the client's goal in therapy every session. Client's will have a better understanding on the areas of concerns and developing healthy ways to cope, as well as self awareness, and ways to maintain their goals.
