Great to meet you!

I began my career in the U.S. Air Force and law enforcement before transitioning to counseling in 2010. I became a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in 2012 and a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2017 after earning my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling in 2016. I’ve worked in community mental health and school-based programs. In 2019, I opened my private practice. I’m also a licensed minister and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Ministry.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. I incorporate evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-focused approaches to help clients explore their stories, develop coping strategies, and find meaning and healing. This integrative method fosters growth by addressing mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of well-being.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with practical tools, deeper self-awareness, and a sense of empowerment to navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to create a supportive and collaborative environment where they can explore their thoughts and emotions, gain clarity, and work toward meaningful change. Each session is designed to foster growth, healing, and resilience.
