Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, evidence-based care for adolescents and adults. I specialize in treating anxiety, panic, depression, trauma-related conditions, ADHD, and mood concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and personalized, with a focus on creating a safe space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and actively involved in their treatment plan.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported. Together, we develop personalized treatment plans that may include medication management, psychoeducation, and practical coping strategies to improve symptoms, functioning, and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a calm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where they can talk openly about what they have been experiencing. I spend time getting to know the whole person, not just the symptoms, including current concerns, personal history, stressors, strengths, and treatment goals. We work together to identify what is most important to address and create a plan that feels realistic, supportive, and personalized. My goal is for clients to leave the first session feeling heard, better understood, and more hopeful about the next steps in their care.
