I am a certified Addiction Professional and a Certified Clinical Sexual Offender treatment Specialist. I have also completed Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior therapy trainings.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is strength based with eclectic therapeutic techniques that conform to the individualized needs of my clients. I have extensive trainings in trauma, grief, narrative therapy, and cognitive behavior therapy. I am an avid believer in holistic approach to mental health therapy: mind, body, emotional and social factors. I appreciate knowing and learning about the different cultures. I love animals and I consider them an essential therapeutic relief.
