Great to meet you!

I'm so honored you are here and grateful that our paths are crossing at this point in your life. My work is anchored in empathy, connection and on harnessing the power of developing mind skills to amplify potential fulfillment.

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Masters and Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology. I have in-depth experience providing mental health services from all ages including children (5 and older), teens, adults and seniors.

My approach to therapy

Through the use of evidenced based therapies, awareness, holistic and collaborative treatments efforts, my clients have the opportunity to understand their needs and develop healthier habits and relationships that align with their values. My therapy approach involves creating an open, non-judgmental space for patients to allow themselves to feel authentically themselves.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you process and befriend difficult emotions, foster awareness, and create more lasting joy in your everyday life.

With this, we can learn to understand, appreciate, and trust ourselves in a way that offers clarity and healing. All this together has the potential to bring us to a more compassionate, vital and grounded existence.
