Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Nayeli Ordonez, a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Perinatal Mental Health Certified therapist. I support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges and family dynamics as well as life transitions, with a special focus on pregnancy, postpartum, and adjustment to motherhood.

I also have experience providing mental health support related to immigration cases, including T visas, U visas, VAWA, and asylum.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative, client-centered, and trauma-informed, with a strong focus on building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I draw from CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, ACT, attachment-based approaches, mindfulness, and inner child work. I also incorporate elements of IFS when appropriate. I tailor my approach to each client’s unique needs, helping them better understand patterns, process difficult emotions and experiences, and develop healthier ways of coping.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with increased self-awareness, coping strategies, and a sense of empowerment. I create a safe, supportive environment that fosters open dialogue and trust. Together, we set personalized goals, such as managing anxiety, improving emotional regulation, or enhancing relationships. My aim is to help clients feel equipped to navigate their challenges and cultivate lasting change in their lives.
