Great to meet you!

Welcome. I’m glad you’re here. My work is rooted in the belief that healing begins in a safe and supportive relationship, where you can show up just as you are and feel genuinely seen and understood. Whether you’re moving through anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, or the weight of cultural and generational trauma, I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore your experience with care and curiosity.

You’re not here to be “fixed” because you’re not broken. You’re here to reconnect with your inner wisdom, reclaim clarity, and build a life that feels rooted and whole. I’m here to support you in that process, every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach is simple: I want you to feel comfortable being yourself. I show up with warmth, curiosity, and genuine care, and I meet you exactly where you are. In our work together, we move at a pace that feels right for you. We make space to understand what you’re carrying, what you’re longing for, and what feels heavy. Therapy, to me, is about creating a steady, supportive place where your clarity and strength can emerge naturally.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on you - what’s been feeling heavy, what you’re hoping to work through, and what support feels most helpful. I’ll ask some gentle questions to understand your experiences and what matters most to you. You’re welcome to ask me questions too, as this is your space, and it’s important that it feels like the right fit.
