Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, adults, and professionals as they navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship stress.

As a bilingual (Spanish-speaking) therapist who has personally experienced painful and challenging life events, I understand how overwhelming it can be to ask for help. My own healing journey fuels my passion for supporting others with empathy, respect, and practical tools. You don’t need to have all the answers; you just need the willingness to show up. I will meet you with care, curiosity, and a strong belief in your ability to heal and grow.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative, direct, and nonjudgmental. I focus on building safety and trust at your pace, and we’ll work together to set clear goals that feel manageable and meaningful to you. I use a trauma-informed lens to help you understand how past experiences may be impacting you today, without defining you by them.

Depending on your needs, sessions might include skills to manage emotions, space to process painful experiences, or support to challenge patterns that no longer serve you. I always aim to offer practical tools while holding space for your values, culture, and strengths.

What you can expect from me

Clients often leave sessions with a clearer understanding of what they’re feeling, why certain patterns show up, and how to respond with more intention and care. You’ll gain tools to regulate emotions, challenge unhelpful thoughts, set boundaries, and connect more deeply with yourself and others.

More than anything, my goal is for you to feel seen, supported, and more in control of your healing. Progress may look different for everyone, but with time, many clients share that they feel more grounded, confident, and hopeful about what’s ahead.
