Great to meet you!

For over 14 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teens, and adults through life’s challenges—whether that’s anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or navigating big changes. I also specialize in working with individuals managing both mental health and substance use concerns, helping them find balance and hope.

My approach to therapy

My style is down-to-earth and collaborative. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy—I’ll meet you where you are and together we’ll discover tools that fit your goals and your life. Sessions with me are a space to slow down, process what feels heavy, and start making changes that feel both real and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

Clients often come to me wanting to quiet anxious thoughts, build confidence, strengthen relationships, or feel steadier in the middle of stress. My role is to walk beside you with compassion, curiosity, and respect. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and you don’t need to have it all figured out before you start. If you’re ready for a space where you’ll be heard, understood, and supported, I’d be honored to work with you.
