Nazanin Ahmady

I am a licensed professional counselor with a master’s degree in art therapy from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. For my clients, I create a soul-centered environment that encourages the use of art to self-discover and find healing through incredibly challenging life experiences. Additionally, given that I am an immigrant and have raised a family in a multicultural environment, I am especially well-equipped to help those who are going through issues related to multiculturalism.

I utilize a holistic, existential approach that can help individuals find balance in the face of traumatic, transformative experiences, helping them find meaning and a fulfilling self-purpose in a client-centered environment.

My goal is to support individuals in entering a fluid state of mind in which the soul and subconscious become connected. I believe that when the soul and subconscious are connected, individuals can travel further on their journey of healing and flourishing in life. My practice also emphasizes understanding of the self through a self-aware humanistic approach.
