Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a place where you can breathe, be yourself, and feel genuinely understood. As a South Asian and neurodivergent therapist, I bring both professional and personal understanding to the ways culture, identity, relationships, trauma, and the way our brains work shape our experiences.

I’m also an artist, so creativity is an important part of how I understand healing. I work with adults and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, addiction, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Most importantly, I see you as a whole person—not a diagnosis.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and holistic. I draw from EMDR, parts work, somatic approaches, CBT, mindfulness, and creative therapies, tailoring our work to what fits you—not forcing you into a one-size-fits-all approach.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck and work toward greater self-understanding, regulation, and meaningful change. I believe healing isn’t about getting rid of difficult emotions; it’s about learning to understand them and respond to yourself with compassion.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is about getting to know you—not rushing to fix you.

We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re experiencing now, your history, and what you hope will be different. We’ll also talk about what approach might be most helpful and begin identifying where to start.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you come in. Just show up as you are, and we’ll make sense of it together. If you’re seeking EMDR or trauma work, we’ll first make sure you have the safety and resources needed before moving into deeper processing.
