Great to meet you!

Hello, I’m Nazly Reyes, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a background in women’s health, labor and delivery, and psychiatric care. I’ve spent over a decade in nursing and saw firsthand how mental health affects overall well-being, pregnancy, and family life, which inspired me to pursue psychiatry.

I treat anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and perinatal mental health concerns using evidence-based medication management and supportive therapy. I strive to provide culturally competent, compassionate, and individualized care in a welcoming and judgment-free environment.

I’m bilingual in English and Spanish and enjoy working with diverse populations.

My approach to therapy

I believe mental health care should feel collaborative, respectful, and supportive. I use a patient-centered, culturally sensitive approach and tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and informed in your mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll talk about your concerns, history, and what you’d like to work on. My goal is to create a warm, judgment-free space where you feel comfortable and heard. Together, we’ll develop a treatment plan and set goals to support your mental health and overall well-being.

My style is calm, compassionate, and collaborative. I aim to empower you with education and shared decision-making so you feel confident in your care.
