Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and believe relationships are really at the heart of my work and our lives. I specialize in supporting couples and individuals who are navigating some of the harder, more tender parts of being in connection with others.

My training is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment theory, which shapes the way I understand people — not just the conflicts or patterns on the surface, but the deeper needs and longings underneath them. I work with couples who are struggling, couples who want to feel closer, and individuals who are exploring how their relational history has shaped who they are today.

My approach to therapy

Emotionally Focused Therapy is at the core of how I work with couples. It's an approach that helps us slow down and look at the cycles partners can get stuck in — and begin to understand what each person is really reaching for underneath the conflict or distance. From there, something usually starts to shift.

With individuals, I bring a similar attachment-oriented lens, exploring how early experiences in relationships may still be impacting the present — and what healing might look like from here.

What you can expect from me

For couples, we'll gently explore what's been happening and what each of you is hoping for. For individuals, we'll begin to get a sense of your world and what's been weighing on you.
