Great to meet you!

My therapy philosophy is to create a warm, open and supportive space for my clients to feel safe and listened to in order to own their narrative and heal their past, empower their present and define their future.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines a psychodynamic rear mirror, combined with a solution focused and strength based front mirror, drawing on cbt for skills and person centered therapy for collaboration. I also work with trauma patients to process their source of trauma and take back control of their lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to find a nurturing, warmth in a no judgement zone, where they can learn to understand the source of their challenges, while laughing, crying and ultimately learning to forgive themselves in order to let go of the past and seize their future.
