Great to meet you!

I’m a clinical social worker with a background in the public school system, where I spent years supporting students, educators, and families through a wide range of challenges. I’m also a therapist, a mom, and a human—just like you. I understand that life doesn’t always look the way we expect it to, and I truly enjoy walking alongside people as they navigate their own paths. Having a strong support system can make the journey feel a lot less confusing and lonely, and I’m here to be part of that support—offering compassion, honesty, and encouragement every step of the way.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be 100% yourself. My goal is to create an environment where you feel truly heard, supported, and empowered. I strive to meet each client with compassion and honesty—helping you navigate challenges while also recognizing your strengths. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful growth and the changes you want to see in your life.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is that you walk away from each session feeling heard and validated—that what you’re feeling and going through truly matters. I want to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and learn to love yourself in the way you deserve. Together, we’ll work to identify patterns that may be holding you back and build the skills needed to create lasting, meaningful change. My goal is to empower you to take consistent steps toward your own specific goals, at your own pace.
