Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a neurodivergent therapist dedicated to creating a space where you feel truly understood and supported on your journey. With over a decade of experience in mental health, I specialize in trauma work and neurodivergence, combining person-centered approaches with evidence-based methods like EMDR, ACT, DBT, and CBT.

My passion lies in helping clients navigate life’s challenges while maintaining healthy boundaries, and I’m equipped to work with a wide range of disorders. I believe in meeting each person where they are, fostering growth with empathy and respect.

If you’re seeking a therapist who values authenticity, expertise, and compassion, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy combines my professional knowledge with empathy and authenticity, adapting different methods to fit your personal needs. I draw from various techniques like art therapy, EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and the person-centered approach. This mix allows the flexibility to find what works best for you, creating a supportive space where we can safely process together. Much of my work centers around co-regulation: building trust so together we can balance feelings. This often allows expression beyond just words—through art and imagination. By respecting your pace and preferences, I encourage growth without judgment, focusing on overall well-being and safety.

Ultimately, therapy is a collaborative process designed to empower and inspire meaningful change. Together, we navigate challenges with creativity and care, aiming not just for relief but for genuine healing and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get acquainted and for me to begin to understand your unique experiences and how you see the world. Together, we’ll set clear goals that truly reflect what you want to achieve, ensuring our work aligns with your expectations. My approach is personalized—no two treatment plans are the same—and I tailor interventions, strategies, and education specifically to your needs. Throughout our work, you’ll find a supportive, accepting partnership dedicated to helping you move confidently toward your desired outcome.
