Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly two decades of experience in the field of mental health. I’ve had the privilege of working inpatient at two of the nation’s most prestigious psychiatric/healthcare institutions. I have seen some of the most clinically complex and acutely ill and developed a deep, evidence-based understanding of psychiatric care across a wide spectrum of conditions.

My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and clinical excellence. I work with individuals experiencing everything from high-acuity, complex psychiatric disorders to those managing mild anxiety, depression, or life transitions. My goal is always the same: to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered on your mental health journey.

I specialize in personalized treatment planning, combining medication management with supportive therapy and lifestyle guidance when appropriate. I take pride in building strong therapeutic relationships and truly listening to each person’s unique experience.

If you’re looking for someone who will take your mental health seriously, who will advocate for you, and who has both the experience and compassion to help you move forward—I’d be honored to work with you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is rooted in building a genuine, trusting connection with each client. I believe that true healing begins when you feel deeply understood—not just for your symptoms, but for your story, your strengths, and your struggles. I take time to understand how you think, what you’ve been through, and where you need support to grow.

Together, we’ll create a safe, collaborative space where you feel empowered to explore your goals and challenges. I aim to help you build resilience, develop self-mastery, and move toward self-actualization. Whether you’re facing a specific mental health diagnosis or navigating life transitions, I will support you with compassion, insight, and evidence-based care.

I specialize in working with a wide range of clients—from those managing severe psychiatric conditions to those seeking support for milder symptoms. My care combines thoughtful medication management with a holistic, person-centered focus that respects your individuality and potential.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel truly heard, supported, and valued in every session. I work hard to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you’ll know I’m on your side and fully invested in your well-being. My goal is for you to walk away from each session feeling more empowered, more understood, and more confident in your ability to move forward.

Together, we’ll define your personal goals and revisit them regularly to ensure our work stays focused and meaningful. Whether we’re addressing complex mental health challenges or working on self-growth and resilience, I tailor each session to help you make real, lasting progress.

You can expect a therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and collaboration—where your best interests always come first.
