Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for every client I work with. I understand that reaching out for help can be difficult, and I strive to meet each person where they are with compassion and respect.

I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and substance use concerns. I also have a strong interest in supporting individuals involved in court-related matters, including DUI evaluations and treatment.

My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and my role is to help guide, support, and provide tools to help you move forward with confidence.

Clients can expect honesty, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to their growth and well-being.”

My approach to therapy

“My approach to therapy is client-centered, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I work to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to be open and honest. I believe in meeting clients where they are and tailoring treatment to fit their unique needs, strengths, and life experiences.

I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients develop practical skills, gain insight, and make meaningful changes in their lives.

I have experience working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and substance use concerns. I also have a focus on working with clients involved in court-related matters, including DUI evaluations and treatment.

I am especially passionate about helping clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and increase confidence as they work toward their personal goals. My style is supportive but direct, offering both empathy and honest feedback to help clients move forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they can feel comfortable sharing at their own pace. I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so I focus on building trust and helping clients feel at ease.

During this session, we will talk about what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and any goals you may have. I will also ask some background questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and needs. Together, we will begin to identify goals and create a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you.

Clients can expect a collaborative approach; I will listen, provide support, and offer initial feedback or coping strategies when appropriate. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and more hopeful about the path forward.”
