Great to meet you!

Life is a progressive journey, and I’m here to help! If you are reading this, means that you are considering therapy to better navigate your journey and that is an awesome step in the right direction. You don’t need to be lonely through this process! I provide compassionate and professional support to individuals seeking emotional healing, personal growth, and greater balance in their lives. I work with clients navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, depression, and the emotional impact of caring for loved ones with disabilities or complex needs. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or unsure how to move forward through difficult circumstances. My goal is to provide a supportive and confidential space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

My approach to therapy

My background in psychology, school counseling, substance and alcohol abuse counseling, mental health counseling, and supporting parents of individuals with disabilities allows me to take a compassionate and well-rounded approach to therapy. Together, we will explore the challenges affecting your emotional well-being while building coping skills, increasing self-awareness, and identifying healthier ways to navigate stress, relationships, and life’s transitions. I strive to tailor therapy to your unique experiences, goals, and strengths.

What you can expect from me

During the first session you will have the opportunity to get to know me as a therapist and I will get to know about your concerns and reasons that brought you to seek counseling. We will discuss life stressors, family, social, medical, personal and health history. We will also discuss your counseling experiences and goals to achieve through therapy. We will start developing a treatment plan in a safe environment at your own pace.
