Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over five years of experience working across both private practice and community mental health settings. My approach is integrative and grounded in understanding how our upbringing, relationships, cultural context, work or school environments, and lived experiences shape our patterns, emotions, and sense of self. I work collaboratively with clients to explore both internal struggles and external stressors, helping them gain insight, build resilience, and develop sustainable tools for change. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where individuals from all backgrounds can process challenges, strengthen self-understanding, and move toward a more aligned and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to the therapeutic relationship is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy works best when clients feel both supported and empowered, so I guide individuals in actively participating in their own growth and healing. Together, we identify patterns, process challenges, and build practical tools for lasting change.

No concern is too small or too overwhelming to explore. With the right support and insight, meaningful growth is possible, and I am committed to helping clients move toward a more grounded, fulfilling, and aligned life.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, especially when you’re navigating uncertainty, fear, or vulnerability. Yet it is often within those very challenges that meaningful growth begins. I believe that a supportive, attuned therapeutic relationship — combined with evidence-based interventions — can be transformative. Therapy has the power to create clarity, restore hope, and foster lasting change.
