Great to meet you!

I have nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field. I combine compassion and my clinical expertise to support the clients I serve. My goal is to help clients navigate and overcome their struggles to support and help regain stability in their lives.

I value building a trusting, authentic relationship with each client. It’s important for clients to feel and recognize the growth and progress that naturally emerge through the process. I believe therapy works best when you feel heard, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is positive, holistic, and person-centered. I believe meaningful change begins with self-awareness, healthy self-care, and building self-esteem. Therapy should feel safe, supportive, and tailored to your needs, which is why I believe you should always be in charge of your therapeutic journey. We move at your pace and focus on what feels comfortable and meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

The initial session focuses on understanding your needs, identifying your goals, and exploring where you are in the present moment. This allows us to begin building a strong therapeutic relationship and create a collaborative plan for moving toward healing, growth, and lasting positive change together.
