Great to meet you!

Clients often tell me they feel truly seen in our work together; that’s at the core of how I practice. I want you to know that I hold space for your story without judgment, meeting you with care and honesty. My focus is on grief, life changes, and racial identity, but above all, my focus is on you: the entirety of who you are, not just the struggles you’re facing. In our sessions, we’ll move at your pace, explore what matters most to you, and create a path toward healing that feels genuine and sustainable. My role is to walk alongside you, not ahead of you.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a partnership; your story and voice are at the heart of our work. My approach combines Person-Centered, CBT, Solution-Focused, and mindfulness techniques, always tailored to your unique needs. Sessions with me are collaborative, compassionate, and culturally sensitive. Sometimes our work involves deep reflection; other times, practical tools, or even mindfulness and movement through Trauma Conscious Yoga if you’re open to it. Regardless of how we work together, my goal is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering as you progress toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, clients often leave with a sense of relief from being truly seen and heard, along with new tools to help manage life’s challenges. You can expect honest reflection, gentle encouragement, and strategies tailored to you. I hope that you leave each session feeling lighter, clearer, and more confident in handling grief, identity, or change. Therapy with me is about more than just coping; it’s about building resilience, hope, and a genuine path toward healing.
