Hello, my name is Nefertiti De Silva. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults for over ten years. My experience spans across various settings which has provided exposure and a vast knowledge base to a variety of perspectives, situations and challenges. I have a special interest in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues and low self-esteem.
I believe creating a positive therapeutic relationship and a safe environment is essential for change to take place. I take pride in supporting individuals on their journey toward wellness goals through a non-judgmental, compassionate and collaborative approach.
