Great to meet you!

I am board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and licensed in the State of California (95024411) to diagnose psychiatric-mental health conditions, prescribe medications, and provide psychotherapy accordingly. I received my undergraduate degree (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) and doctoral degree (Juris Doctor) from University of Sto. Tomas and my advanced practice degree (Master of Science in Nursing-Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practictioner) from Walden University.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting individuals living with depression, anxiety, substance use challenges, and ADHD. My approach is rooted in a harm reduction model, guided by the principles of trauma-informed care, and shaped by a whole-person perspective that honors each individual’s unique story, strengths, and struggles. I believe that healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and accepted, which is why I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore treatment options without fear of judgment. Every decision I make in care is centered on the person in front of me—their goals, their values, and their vision for a better quality of life—because I see my role not as an authority, but as a partner walking alongside them on their journey toward growth and recovery.

What you can expect from me

Over the years, I have honed a deeply refined skill set and developed a profound philosophy of care, grounded in compassion, empathy, and respect for the unique journeys of the individuals I serve. I have had the privilege of working with a richly diverse population, supporting those navigating complex psychiatric conditions, dual diagnoses, and a wide spectrum of behavioral health challenges. My work is driven by a steadfast passion to help people uncover and confront the limiting beliefs that have kept them from living fully, and to guide them toward discovering the possibilities that lie beyond those barriers. By fostering insight, resilience, and self-compassion, I aim to help each person step into a greater sense of personal power, mastery, and fulfillment. It is my greatest honor to witness these transformations—moments when an individual not only reclaims hope, but also begins to live with a renewed sense of purpose, strength, and triumph.
