Great to meet you!

I'm a cat mom, a second generation immigrant, and a person who knows what it looks like to carry a lot and struggle with mental health challenges and burnout. Many of the people I work with grew up navigating multiple cultures or expectations and had to learn early how to adapt, perform, or carry responsibility while quietly managing stress, anxiety, mood changes, or burnout. You may feel caught between family values and your own identity, pressure to succeed, difficulty resting or asking for help, or the invisible weight of being “the strong one” in your community. Sometimes this shows up as anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, executive functioning challenges, or feeling disconnected from yourself. Now you're seeking peace, emotional clarity, and ready to heal. I enjoy and pride myself in working with queer and trans folks and individuals with multiple/intersecting identities.

My approach to therapy

I offer a supportive and affirming environment, where my clients feel validated and empowered. I often work with folks with ADHD, depression, anxiety, life transitions, bipolar disorder, and trauma. I integrate medication management, evidence-based therapy, and culturally responsive care to help clients feel empowered and improve their overall mental wellbeing. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to thrive.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help clients unpack patterns in a supportive and affirming environment, where they feel validated and empowered. I believe in providing trauma-informed, identity-affirming care that honors both the challenges and resilience of individuals and communities. On the first session, we typically will do an evaluation where I will get to know your, your history, and the context of the challenges you are facing. We will determine a treatment plan that is tailored to you. Clients typically feel seen, heard and empowered while working together.
