Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist providing telehealth across Vermont, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges we face in our state. I specialize in working with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and dual diagnoses. To support you in making lasting changes, I use a blended approach incorporating multiple evidence based modalities. My core philosophy is that we are all doing the best we can with our current level of awareness—something we can always work to expand. Together, we will collaborate to build your self-awareness.

My approach to therapy

By being a witness to your experience, in a human to human way, we can work together to understand behavior patterns that used to work when they needed to, but maybe not so much right now. Learning about our blind spots is empowering work. Learning about our strength is as well. I'll support you with both journeys.

What you can expect from me

I believe that raising our level of awareness can help us through difficult times. It takes bravery and courage to reach out, and I respect that. Your autonomy and independence is our guide; I'll take this very seriously. You're the expert on you. Let's work together to meet your goals and get you where you want to be.
