My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic approach, which allows me to utilize several different types of therapy to create a custom treatment plan for each individual client's personal needs and goals. For example, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, emotionally focused therapy for couples, existential therapy, and other modalities as well.

What you can expect from me

I meet with most of my clients each week, or whenever they would like to meet. We work together to create goals by identifying changes that they would like to see happening in their life. And then I can create a custom treatment plan for you to show you ways that you can begin to make changes that will allow you to reach those goals!
