Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Neil. I specialize in helping clients with stress, relationship issues, family conflicts, and building social skills. Welcome to my practice.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe that therapy should be a positive experience, but that doesn't mean that it will be easy. In order to make improvements in your life through therapy, you will have to work hard, consider new perspectives, and be willing to work through your fears and apprehensions. While I expect clients to work hard, I also believe in treating everyone with respect, dignity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

It's a challenge to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life, and to take the first steps towards change. If you are ready to engage yourself in the process of therapy and trust that change is possible, then I'm ready to help you find your way.

What you can expect from our first session

At the outset of therapy, I like to identify clear goals that we can work on together, which will help us stay focused on making the improvements in your life that matter to you. I also believe in setting an agenda for each session, so that we can stay on track and you can start feel better as soon as possible.
